1. Partial Refund Policy

If a student decides to withdraw within the first seven days after the commencement of the course, they are eligible for a 50% refund. This policy is in place to account for administrative expenses and partial course access. Refunds will be processed and credited within 3-5 business days.

2. No Refund Policy

After the seven-day period has passed, no refunds will be granted. Additionally, once a student has accessed significant course content or taken any scheduled tests, they will no longer be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable. This fee is used for administrative and enrollment processing, ensuring a seamless experience for all students.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the case of any disputes regarding payments or refunds, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

5. Final Sale Policy

Once a course has been purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage students to review all course details before making a commitment to avoid any inconvenience.
